Q: What are the product lead times?                                                                                       

A: Our lead times are as follows:

• 6-8 weeks for bathroom vanities & TV units.
• 8-10 weeks for dining tables

Q: What Timber species do you use?                                                                                       

A: We offer a range of timbers, with Recycled Messmate and Black-butt being our primary choices. Alternatively, we can use American-Oak or Spotted Gum. Please contact us if you'd prefer a different timber species.

Q: How should I clean my timber furniture?                                                                         

A: For day to day cleaning, dry wiped swept or vacuumed. To clean surface scuffs, marks and stains, use Fiddes Floor Surface Cleaner and a damp (not wet) microfibre cloth.

Q: Are there any substances I should avoid using on timber.                                         

A: Yes, avoid Citrus, eucalyptus, ammonia or caustic based cleaners.

Q: Are your doors and drawers soft-close?

A: Yes, all our doors and drawer runners come equipped with soft-close mechanisms as standard, using Blum hardware.

Q: Do you deliver locally and interstate?

A: Yes, we deliver Australia-wide. Delivery fees range, depending on the destination and the size/quantity of items.
